Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
The hotel was lovely and modern inside, as displayed at Booking, with nice and spacious rooms in the basement. The location was good, close to Anjos metro station and city attractions, although a bit run down. The dining offered good value but could have been more diversified over our stay. The service was satisfactory, offering room service and a paid airport shuttle. However, the hotel might need to improve on the cold buffet dishes. Overall, it was a decent experience considering the price.
The hotel has a convenient location, just a 5-minute walk to the Anjos metro station. The rooms are small and noisy, lacking some basic amenities, but come with a kettle and tea/coffee facilities. Service is satisfactory with room service available. The dining options are basic with limited choices. The hotel is close to transportation hubs but lacks lighting at night. Overall, it offers decent value for money.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were equipped with all basic amenities including tea/coffee, which was a nice touch. However, the -1 floor room I stayed in was a bit inconvenient as I couldn't open the window due to the loud ventilatory system. This made the room too warm for my liking throughout the night. The 8 euro continental breakfast was a decent option but somewhat pricey for what it offered.
The hotel is conveniently located near the train station for easy access to different areas. The rooms had a pleasant design not far from the city center, though the noise from the kitchen could be bothersome in the morning. The dining options were diverse, and the overall ambience was comfortable but had a bit of a musty smell in certain areas.
The hotel is a mixed bag. The rooms, though spacious and with a good bed, had a certain smell of humidity that might be related to poor ventilation in the bathroom. They were made up every day, but they didn't resemble the online pictures. Service was efficient, offering room service, car hire, and airport shuttle for an extra fee. The location is a highlight, being very close to Anjos metro station with plenty of nearby cafes and restaurants. Dining options were basic and could have been more varied. Overall, a place with potential but with some room for improvement.
My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were clean and organized, perfect for coming back to after a day out. I also appreciated being able to check in early. The location was convenient for accessing the airport and the city center, but the neighborhood felt a bit unsafe at night. The dining experience was adequate, offering a variety of food options. However, the musty smell in some areas was a drawback.
